The Compass Group guarantees against the piercing of your corporate veil if you follow our step-by-step checklist, as provided in the Terms and Conditions of the Corporate Veil Guarantee.
The Guarantee is validated upon the successful piercing of the corporate veil of your company, which results in the Owners, Directors, Officers, Members and or Managers being held personally liable for the debts and contractual obligations of the company, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
The Guarantee is limited up to $125,000.00 in responsible, documented legal defense, acquired by and paid by for by your company as the direct result of your company’s good faith defense against the claim resulting in the piercing of your corporate veil.
